Estepona is one of the friendliest courses for golfers visiting the Costa del Sol.  Privately owned and run by Rory Leader you are always assured of a warm welcome.  

The course was designed by Jose Louis Lopez and first opened in 1989 by founder David Leader.  Now run by Rory Leader continuous improvements have made Estepona Golf one of the most popular courses with golfers visiting the coast. The design of the course uses the natural landscape set against the Sierra Bermeja mountains. With spectacular sea views to Gibraltar and Africa from most parts of the course the scenery is truly breathtaking.  On your drive to the clubhouse you will see the short par 3 fifth to your left and the par 4 tenth to your right which is perfectly drivable for all levels of player.

You simply will not fail to enjoy your golf in this beautiful setting.  The course is a challenge for all handicaps and if you drive well you are setting yourself up to hit the greens. Estepona is always in excellent condition and the large greens are widely considered some of the best on the coast.  Regular visitors will notice the changes and appreciate the thought put into the improvements.

An excellent clubhouse with bar and restaurant facilities will provide superb meals on the large terrace.  When you have finished playing you can relax and soak up the mountain and Mediterranean views.  There is a well-stocked pro-shop, putting green and practice area.  It is advisable to take advantage of a buggy although the fitter golfer may wish to walk.  But beware the hills will take their toll!!
