No Show policy. Booking a place in a clubbgolf.com competition and then failing to show for the booked tee-time will result in a charge of 100% of the green fees involved. All players must give at least 72hrs notice for cancellation of their competition place. If the costs are not received by clubbgolf.com within 14 days this will result in cancellation of membership until such a time that costs have been paid in full. This may seem harsh but at clubbgolf.com we keep charges to members at a minimum to ensure the best package is always available. We will therefore not be held responsible for charges made by golf courses due to individual members failure to cancel their booking.
